I do have times where I can walk away from my desk and forget to finish working, but when I took these i "knew" I needed to focus. I did get more done, but not a huge jump in productivity.

I bought about a month ago. I am a 50 year old. I run moderately. I took the product religiously for the first ten days. While running I noticed my focus very in tuned. I stopped taking and started to watch my mind wonder as I was on my runs. About 4 days of getting back on Alpha Brain, my focus is back and longer runs are possible. Thank you.

I noticed a boost in reaction, I don’t like going to the gym at all, but lately while taking these supplements I feel more organized in my brain. Within the hour I felt so nauseous I couldn’t do anything but lay still. I wasted a whole day I could have spent studying on a bad vitamin.
