[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only lasted taking this for 2 days before I stopped taking it due to it making me feel nauseous and dizzy and it made my stomach feel crampy and gave me an upset stomach. My diet and water intake was the same both days (following the recommended directions) and both times after taking it, I felt these symptoms. It’s not worth the way it made me feel to stick with it, which makes me sad because I was very hopeful.

Being on other medications, my brain gets drained easily so this is an easy to take supplement I’m happy is in my stack now. Makes me feel pretty alert and is easy to take.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard about Alpha Brain by Onnit through social media posts regarding Joe Rogan, the famous UFC commentator/ podcaster. There was controversy about whether the product worked or not due to his shares in the company. Well, now that I have tried it for myself, I can honestly say that it does, in fact, work. First of all, I was very pleased to see that it is caffeine free!! I also like that there are lots of natural herbs that I already use or am familiar with, such as L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, Cat's Claw, L- Leucine, and B6. All of which I highly recommend. The other Focus herbs that I wasn't familiar with, I researched and found them to be equally beneficial. Located under "Other," which may refer to what the capsule is made of, is Maltodextrin. This is the one ingredient that I am not a fan of and wish they could've used an alternative. Otherwise, everything else is good. 👍🏼 I recommend this product for anyone suffering from staying focused throughout the day. I used it to help me complete my tasks when I was overwhelmed with a case load. I think in general, as we age, it's good to be proactive about anything that can prevent or improve our memory, and this is good for that also. Just DO NOT take it on an empty stomach. 9/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve been taking Alpha Brain for a week straight and was skeptical at first. I made sure to take it without any caffeine or energy boosters. I have to say it did meet my expectations. After about 15 minutes, I felt focused, awake and mental clarity on things needing to be completed. I would say it lasts about 4 hours if you take 2 pills. Overall, I am satisfied with how Alpha Brain performed.

I even tried only take one pill. Overall I think it’s too strong for me and might be better for others whose bodies adapt better to these.
