It was fine going down but I felt nauseated most of the day after taken it. It doesn't taste bad but I kept thinking I was going to vomit. I don't recommend

Since starting Onnit Alpha Brain I have noticed right away - my focus is on point, i am very productive, feel very energetic and the overall mood is just great. I do have one side effect - which is still being very alert at night and having trouble falling asleep at my usual time. Which makes me think I will cut the dose in half and see how that works. My partner however has a completely different experience - his body just doesn't handle it at all - he has digestive issues, nausea, and muscle twitching. So be aware that it's not for everyone. Start slow, with half a dose with a meal and see how it works for you!

I followed the instructions and took two capsules with food, but I ended up feeling extremely nauseous for the rest of the day. It took hours to feel normal again, and honestly, the experience was rough enough that I haven’t felt comfortable trying it again, even with a smaller dose. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it based on how it made me feel.

It didn’t feel like a jolt of energy—more like my thoughts were less scattered, and I could stay on task longer without zoning out. I also liked that it’s stimulant-free, so I could take it without messing up my sleep or feeling jittery like with coffee. ⚠️ What I didn’t like: It doesn’t always hit—some days I felt sharper, others not so much. The effect also seems to fade a bit over time. On a couple of occasions when I took it on an empty stomach, I got light nausea and a slight headache. It’s also pretty expensive for a supplement with a proprietary blend (you don’t know how much of each ingredient you’re getting). Overall: Alpha Brain isn’t magic, but when it works, it definitely helps me get into a better workflow. I wouldn’t rely on it every day, but for presentations, creative work, or mentally heavy days, it’s a nice boost. Just don’t expect it to turn you into a genius overnight.

I have been using Alpha Brain for one weeks and have noticed a distinct positive shift in focus and clarity throughout the day. There is no "hyper, cracked out" feeling that I have felt from coffee or prescription medications. Alpha Brain has a "natural, earthy" feel to it. The only downside is the price. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I decided to try a 30ct bottle. I have taken it for a week. Really pleased on how it delivers through the day. Like that it doesn’t have caffeine, so I can drink a Cup of coffee, or slam a Bang after lunch. Ads mental capacity in the gym when I’m throwing weights all of that Biotch in the A.M. I stand watch on a ship U/W so it definitely helps with those mid-rides. I have already recommended it to my buddies.
