Just took my first 2 doses this morning. I did have it with food.. excited to start my Friday. I had every intention on going to the gym later but 40 mins after taking this supplement I got so nauseous. It’s been 2 hours & I’m drinking ginger tea, I have 2 toddlers I need to care for and this has got to be the worst day of my life. ): Seriously regret taking this supplement

I struggle with not being able to concentrate and focus on tasks at times and it feels like nothing helps me stay in the zone to complete them. I really like that this nootropic doesn’t have any caffeine so it doesn’t make me feel jittery or keep me awake if I take it in the afternoon. Because the serving size is taking 2 pills per day this bottle of 30 capsules will only last 2 weeks. I suppose if you plan to only take it very short term that is ok but I would have preferred a bottle that actually lasts an entire month.
