I got a sample pack of Alpha Brain, I noticed that the instructions said to take with a light meal so I did just that. However a few hours after taking it I began feeling some substantial nausea as well as anxiety and restlessness. I ate something else and that seemed to help the nausea. I don't seem to feel the focus and memory effects very well so unfortunately I don't think this product is for me. I'm a 23 y/o male moderately active, I'm prescribed some seasonal allergy medicine so perhaps that isn't mixing well with it. I would definitely recommend a free trial of this product to see how your body reacts to it.
