It takes time, but I felt better and remembered more than before I used it I can tell a difference in my thought processes. I am able to remember better. I followed the daily recommended dosage and it made me nauseous. I can not confirm if the product did or did not enhance memory as I was consumed with a side effect of nausea. Maybe if I cut the dosage in half I would have had better results.

The only thing I really noticed a change in was I felt a little more alert. But not moreso than intaking caffeine without the jitters. It absolutely could be that this just doesn't work for everyone; because it unfortunately did not work for me.

I think it’ll take another few weeks to actually feel the difference and have a solid opinion of this product. Right now I can’t recommend or dissuade anyone to take it but I do like the idea of adding supplements that support brain function, especially if you’re someone who can’t have the traditional kinds (like fish oil.) I feel like the ingredients also need to be more clear because that turns me off of supplements like this. I also don’t love the packaging, it reads masculine to me and if I saw this on a shelf without picking it up and reading it, I would’ve taken on look and thought it looked more like a weightlifters, like a muscle builder or testosterone type supplement.

It took a few times to figure out that it was causing my skin to become all red and blotchy but when I stopped the blotchyness did too. I don't have any specific allergy that I know of related to its ingredients but it sure was something that caused it. So I can't provide any other details besides that.

With these, I feel more focused, my mind feels more clear, and overall, I feel more sharp. The price is up there, but I think it’s worth it. The ingredients are ok. I wish they were organic. I like that they are vegetarian. The bottle only gives you 1wk worth. For those who don’t know, this period can be extremely depleting for nursing mothers, often leading to memory issues.
