It did not help my memory as much as I was hoping, but I did notice a little difference with my focus. It is a bit large but I was able to swallow it after a few tries. I tried my best to evaluate and try this supplement without considering the background and ownership. I received a 30 day supply and have completed my month of 'testing.' Before and during this trial I read about the experiences of others. There are two reasons for my 3/5 stars. First, I didn't see much of a result, of any. To be fair, I don't think 30 days is long enough to evaluate. The other reason for my rating is because of the high number of users who reported negative side effects. Supplements like this are not evaluated by the FDA, so of course we take reviews with a grain of salt. Salt. Just because someone got a headache doesn't mean it was because of this, etc. I will also disclose that I'm not a huge fan of supplements and prefer to do things like get sleep, stay hydrated, eat well, and be mindful. I think those things can affect us the most. However, if you find yourself in need of focus, it may be worth trying these out. They are more expensive than some others on the market, and you're paying for the name behind it.
