In fact, the time I thought I did, I only taken one capsule so I’m not sure that’s possible. I didn’t taste anything since these are in capsule form but I didn’t like that I need to take 2 daily. I needed to research the ingredients to truly understand what each blend contained. The packaging and branding it extremely attractive. I will say that these were not easy on my digestion. I felt a little nauseous twice after taking them. My husband did not feel any side effects at all. So it was a little disappointing. Perhaps they need time to build up in our system? I was under the impression that it was an immediate effect. I’d try other products just because my husband and I are curious about what else they have to offer and we love working out. So we will see. I’ll leave it up to you to try for yourself. I wouldn’t say they’re worth their value since we didn’t notice results. It is effective and does work for multiple reasons. Doesn't have a taste to it but pills are a little big so if you have trouble taking pills maybe find a different route of taking them if this interests you.
