This product didn't work for me. I didn't feel any more focused than normal and now I feel mentally awful. I'm stopping taking this supplement today. I feel depressed and out of sorts. I was feeling hopeful and excited for this product, but I'm just disappointed.

It’s subtle—no sudden bursts of energy or laser focus—but I’ve noticed I’m a little better at staying on task and remembering small details. No jitters or crash, which is a big plus. It’s hard to say if it’s a placebo effect or if it’s really kicking in, but either way, it can’t hurt to keep going and see how it builds over time. I’ve been active and a healthy eater for quiet a while. But still have issues with energy levels and clarity. So I decided to try adding alpha brain to my routine because I’ve heard so many good things about it. I guess my body doesn’t agree with it. I gave it two chances, with a day in between, because I thought maybe I had just gotten sick or ate something that didn’t agree with me. I followed the instructions and took it after my first meal, at 11, and around 4 I came down with hot and cold flashes, started visibly shaking, and got super nauseous. It’s pretty debilitating. I’m bummed because I want something to work for me and had high hopes. It seems to work great for others, just maybe don’t try it on a day away from home. As I’m currently waiting for it to subside so I can safely leave work.

I’m glad that I was able to finally try something that works.  I feel like I have more patience in my daily life and I’m able to let a lot of things go. This these pills have been very Zen for me and I need this as part of my daily routine.

Took as instructed with a meal. Within an hour started to feel very dizzy and nauseas which only progressed over tge next 8 hours. Puking shaking non stop. Awful do NOT recommend. I have honestly never felt more nauseas ever before. Felt like the most gut wrenching hangover you can imagine. After reading reviews many have the same experience as me sadly.

I started taking the pill 2 weeks ago and I have noticed a significant increase in my energy level. I believe this pills have help in my ability to focus on things at work. The Taste is not the best but fine.The capsules are easy to take, and I didn't experience any jitters or crashes like with caffeine-based supplements. However, the effects weren't instant, and I had to be consistent to notice a real difference.
