They did seem to help with focus and energy during midday crunch when I tend to get tired and burned out. They come in a sleek, and easy to open bottle. I would prefer it to have a childproof lid. It definitely enhanced my focus and mental clarity on the most productive and barely need to take breaks. Similar to the effect coffee has on me. Good for working long hours. But the potency was a bit strong. With 2 capsules, I got very jittery and had a lingering headache. That said, The product works but it can be particularly strong especially for those sensitive to the ingredients like Huperzine A or Alpha-GPC. Suggest try 1 capsules to start and see how it is.
