I absolutely had to try this. I have a very temperamental thyroid and even though I take care of myself and baby my thyroid; I sometimes need a little help. I have a toddler and a job that need my undivided attention. Adding Alpha Brain to my routine has been an overall positive experience.

The first day I took them, I felt fine with no real noticeable benefit, but I was curious to try them again. The next time I took them (with food as recommended), I ended up with severe naseau a few hours later that lasted into the next day. It does say that it will help you focus memory and reaction time.
