I took them at work, as well as at home to have something to compare to. I feel like I did notice an improvement in my attention span while working on data entry tasks at work, and it also seemed to be beneficial while doing a big LEGO project at my house with lots of little directions to follow. I don’t feel like it was a giant change, but was happy to give it a try. Because they are capsules there was no flavor/taste connected to them. The bottle was easy to open, and not overly large so it was small enough to toss into my bag for work.

It was helpful, but not exactly mind-blowing. Some days I felt sharper, like I could finally win an argument with myself. Other days? Nada. At least there were no jitters or crashes, so it’s got that going for it. This supplement is decent for a mental nudge, but for the price, I expected a little more “aha!” and a little less “meh.”
