There was only a 2 week supply in the bottle anyhow. I like the ingredients and how they combine herbs for both relaxation and focus. The supplements are a large capsule size, which made swallowing them hard sometimes. Not bad tasting good bang for your buck.

The capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any bad smell or taste. They didn't cause me any negative side effects. I am not sure how to tell if they are effective. I think someone might need to take the supplement for longer. I would recommend giving it a try.

Like with others that have reviewed this, it takes a couple days to identify the effects. The first thing I noticed was clarity, your mind seems to open up and able to take more in, process information more efficiently. The 2nd thing I noticed was In conversations around the office, my ability to converse seems more fluid and flows with ease. I put Alpha Brain to the test in a job interview. I took two pills an hour before the interview, the interview lasted 2 hours and I felt mentally on point the whole time, never missed a beat with answers and after a intense hour of being drilled I was able to fire back questions with ease and turn the interview around them. I have a 2nd interview this week and will definitely be arming myself with Alpha Brain for round 2.

This supplement can assist with refocusing to where our minds need to be. Each bottle has 30 standard sized, easy to swallow capsules and serving size is 2 capsules - so it’s a 15 day supply - if you were going to take this every day. The ingredients are supposed to help “build an environment to optimize cognitive function” and help with focus, memory, flow and reaction time, according to the bottle. I like that these capsules do not contain caffeine. But, they do contain some very helpful ingredients that I’m familiar with including Vitamin B6, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, and Cat’s Claw Extract. I didn’t experience any adverse side effects from these capsules. They definitely help by supplementing your body with the right nutrients, but it’s not a Eureka moment either. Regardless, I think they work and they’re beneficial and something I would continue to use.

As long as I took this with some form of a meal I don’t feel nauseous so that’s definitely something I saw noticed best for me. You feel most aware and focused throughout the day and it works so quickly! Within 15 min I’m feeling ready to take on any task….there is no taste so that’s a plus on my side and I haven’t had any burps with awkward taste HA! The packaging is simple to the point of making it seem like the light in the dark foggy tunnel or maybe I’m overthinking it…but it’s great to give you a boost specially on days when sleep hasn’t been on your side.

The pill is very large. It does not have the greatest taste if you accidentally touch your tongue to it while trying to swallow. It has only a very mild odor, unlike some others that can be very fishy smelling. I did make sure to drink plenty of water with it. Sometimes it makes your tummy mildly upset. I don't think I would use this product in the future.
