This helps with my work and the effectiveness is great. There is not taste and the ingredients are good. I would recommend to friends and family.

Alright well I wanted to use the product for awhile before I wrote a review. I've been using Alpha Brain since September of 2015. It seems to work very well and I do tend to have more information at the ready then I did before. In my profession I have to be extremely detail oriented and Alpha Brain helps that a lot. Sometimes you need to recall events later on in detail. Alpha Brain makes it very easy to access those memories or just help me remember dates, times and events with greater accuracy. One thing I have noticed is that if you take one or two about one hour before bed you will have very vivid dreams. This can cause you to not get the most restful sleep (I personally kind of enjoy vivid dreaming). Generally taking one or two in the morning keeps me focused and alert all day. Something else I noticed was that if I'm feeling like I just don't have motivation to do something like a long hike, getting to the shooting range, ect. Cognitive function is greatly increased in my opinion. Cheers

I bought this two weeks ago, and have been dumbfounded by how this makes me feel. I haven’t had an energy drink since I bought this, and didn’t even realize until today that I haven’t been drinking them. I’m a *very* active single parent and personal trainer. I truly am going from morning until late at night and I feel great. It’s not a surge of energy or a rush, it’s just a lack of fatigue and exhaustion. The ingredients are very good and they also give you energy. I do not recommend taking them at night. They do not have a bad smell and the value is good and they are very effective.

I am more attentive to small details that I could not focus on well before. I have not experienced any side effects, which is great. I really like that the supplement does not have caffeine as an ingredient because I prefer to avoid stimulants. I would recommend it.
