The pills are fairly large but easy to swallow. I can’t say I’d recommend since I haven’t seen my difference or improvement.

I wish it had the ingredients listed. I have no idea what was in it based on the labeling. I did take them as directed for the whole bottle. The capsules did not have any strong taste. Also they did not cause me to feel nauseous or any negative way if I took them in an empty stomach or not. I did not notice any difference in my memory, focus, or anything like that.
