I definitely noticed that I completed more tasks in a day. And even though the pills looked large, they were very easy to swallow. Alpha Brain definitely surprised me.

We found it very spendy for how many you receive. The scent/flavor is not overpowering. You don't really notice it. My husband took them and didn't really notice a difference while taking them. The packaging is very clear and consice and looks appealing. Other than that, we would not purchase again unfortunately. While his situation isn't as severe as that label implies, he has certainly faced substantial difficulties. Interestingly, I've noticed when my brother takes these supplements consistently, there is a difference in his ability to communicate and focus—both to me and those around us. A few experienced better mental clarity, while others noticed little to no change. Overall, it's a decent supplement, but not a game-changer—especially for the price.

The first dose I took of Alpha Brain I felt like I was zoned in. It felt amazing. But after the second dose I didn't feel any change or notice anything at all. I gave it another week just to make sure I wasn't just having an off day or two. I was really stoked to try this product, it just isn't for me.
