If you’re sensitive to smells this one might not be right for you as it is very strong. However, I did not seem to have an after taste at all. After using for 3 weeks, I could see slight improvement with being able to remember things. But I did have to stop using because I started getting really bad headaches. Once I stopped using the headaches went away. So in short, this will not be a product of personally recommend.

The pills were easy to swallow, and while they are on the larger side, that was not an issue. I didn’t notice a big difference at first, however, in the afternoon a few hours after I took the pills I did feel like there was some more mental clarityand it was easier to focus. I don’t think I would use these daily, but maybe on work days when I have extra reports to run.
