I’ve been wanting to focus more on time management and just making the most of my free time outside of work. I starting take these during the first half of my work day and it usually kicks in after 2-3 hrs (at least that’s when I start to tell) and usually gets me through the rest of the day. I generally feel more productive and alert. Definitely a good alternative to energy drinks for me.

Quality ingredients like L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine,vitamin B6 for instance. I think it’s a little pricey since you only get 30 capsules per bottle and you take 2 a day.

I was honestly a little skeptical at first, but I’ve genuinely noticed a difference—especially with staying focused and clear-headed during long workdays or when I have a lot on my plate. It’s been a nice little addition to my daily routine, and I’m honestly impressed with how much it’s helped. Grateful for the chance to try it out!

According to the reviews, there seems to be a certain subset of people who react badly to this product, and unfortunately I was one of them. I took two pills with a light meal around noon (as directed), and a few hours later I felt intense nausea, dizziness, light sensitivity, weakness, and general motion sickness whenever I looked at a screen. Napping and eating didn't help it very much. The symptoms finally went away around 1 in the morning when I was able to fall asleep. I don't know what neurons this supplement fired up in my brain, but they weren't the helpful ones lol. Completely ruined my day and I certainly won't risk taking it again.

I didn’t have any side effects from using this product, but I am not sure that I had any increase in cognitive function. It contains some vitamins and minerals that I might not get normally on a daily basis, so that’s a plus. I think I would need to take this supplement longer to determine whether or not it has an effect on my mental clarity, along with a healthy diet and working out.

I definitely notice an increase in my cognitive abilities. I can process information quicker and have a much easier time articulating myself in verbal conversations. It has increased my productivity at work by a noticeable amount. It kind of has the same effect as caffeine but without the jittery wired feeling I get when I drink coffee or an energy drink.

The only downside is they don’t come in a month supply you would need two bottles for one month. The quality is high and for a supplement you can actually tell the difference when you take them.

The packaging was good, a good quality bottle. The bottle comes with 30 capsels. These are supposed to help with clear thinking. It supports memory, promotes focus, promotes mental processing, and helps with your flow state. I didn't really notice a difference with these other than increased focus. The best part is that these are caffeine free. These are great for people who are sensitive to caffeine.
