Not too small, but also not gigantic. I need to use it a few more times to accurately tell if it’s helping my concentration, but it seems to have helped the two times I tried it out.

The capsules are on the larger side however I found them easy to swallow. There was no taste or aftertaste. I only received a 14 day supply so my experience is based on limited use. I didn’t notice a difference in memory, focus or clear thinking. However, I realize it may be due to using for only a short time. I did experience some nausea after taking for a few days. If I continued to take it I would look into taking half the dose as the dose on the package stated 2 capsules per day and possibly work my way up to 2 in an effort to reduce the chance of nausea. The price point is on the higher side given that it is sold in a 14 and 45 day supply. Unfortunately, I am unable to recommend this product based on my limited experience.
