[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve gotten to test these Onnit supplements that are to help focus, support better memory and just help give a little extra boost. I will say, I believe that I’m still in the process of my body getting used to the tablet and it does seem to help with the memory fog a bit so I will continue to take them and update after a few more weeks. Ingredient wise, it seems that the tablets are packed with a lot of good vitamins. I would take precautions if you’re already taking supplements (just not to get some vitamins way above the threshold) but no nasty taste and pretty easy to swallow.

I purchased Alpha Brain in order to sharpen my focus while I do estimates for my construction company. For those of you who bid work, you know how painful mistakes can be. I didn't think it was working until I realized that I do about 50% more estimates while taking Alpha Brain as when I don't. Bottle only comes with 30 capsules and directions are take 2 daily. That means I only used for 15 days and really not enough to see it truly works, unfortunately. Did not have any bad side effects, easy to swallow, no after taste. Would have needed to try out for at least 2 to 3 months sadly not enough product.

I bought this initially for the dream state aspect, but when I took it the first time it made me way more creative on the bass. I actually made something instead of just playing what the greats do. The dreams are pretty fun too. I take this before my wednesday classes at Central Michigan University because I'm learning from 2 to 7:30 so I need the focus. I recently had an exam and the info that I retained from taking alpha brain literally saved my butt from failing. Wish it was cheaper so I could give it to some college students to try it!
