I use duo lingo daily and for the consecutive 3 days I took Alpha BRAIN I was so focused and clear that I did it productively for a few hours. I’ve only done 30 minute spurts in the past and with Alpha BRAIN I literally didn’t want to stop. Personally it really works for my focus and clarity. The only reason I’m not rating it 5 stars is because it makes me feel really nauseas a few hours after taking it, even when taken with food.
