Fortunately, they are easy to swallow and do not taste like anything nor leave any kind of aftertaste. Unfortunately, after taking two of them and sitting down to work, I didn't notice any difference. My work requires a lot of concentration. I have to read and write all day long and I really thought that this would help me stay focused and get things done faster. However, I didn't notice that.

I've been using Alpha Brain off and on for 2 years. I mainly use it when needing to do high level focused work, studying, or research. I'm 39 years old at 210lbs and take two capsules in the morning with a cup of coffee. I take periodic breaks from vitamins and supplements to make sure I'm not over doing anything. I definitely see a difference in things as simple as spelling words, talking to others, and the level of focus I'm able to achieve when taking Alpha Brain. As for short term memory, well that's never going to get fixed in my case, but I definitely am able to comprehend things faster and easier on Alpha Brain. I wasn't a believer until I was off it for 4-6 months and then went back on it 2 weeks ago. Major improvement.

Personally I am a big fan of many products on this website however this one just was not for me. To me it has the same feeling of like a Caffeine/Pre workout without the buzz. I could see how many people like it though as it definitely has you focused almost within 30 minutes of use.

To be honest, I was a little skeptical of this one based on the reviews, but that's what we are here for: to form our own. Two capsules a day, and extra energy, focus, and better memory are what this supplement offers. I take each dose with some food to offset any potentially stomach issues, and I've had no problems. I do believe it gives me extra energy, as a couple of times I took them late and had trouble falling asleep later on. My memory is usually good, so I haven't noticed much of a difference with that, but each person is different. I haven't noticed too much with the focus. I was hoping it would make me feel locked in to complete tasks. For the most part, I felt the same as normal, but with a little extra energy. Overall, I haven't noticed any bad side effects and have seen some benefits. It may be worth trying on your own to see what benefits you can experience.

It contains ingredients like Bacopa monnieri, Alpha-GPC, and Huperzia serrata, which are known to help with cognitive abilities. At first, I was skeptical of this product because I have never tried a focus/mental clarity supplement. I experienced a subtle improvement in mental clarity and improvement in my ability to concentrate on tasks, such as working at home. I did feel slightly nauseous when I took my first pill, but it went away after a few minutes. The capsule is not too big, and it doesn’t taste too bad. I found that it was easy to swallow with a drink. I don’t know if with continued use, the mental clarity and focus ability will improve. To me, I expected a little bit more effects. As this product is caffeine-free, I didn’t experience any “crashes” or jitteriness. I wish that the supplement bottle provided the exact dosages of the main ingredients to assess their effectiveness fully. I don’t believe that I will continue using this supplement as I am focused majority of the workweek when I am in the office.
