It's been a smooth experience so far – no weird taste, no stomach upset or anything like that. The biggest change I've noticed is definitely increased focus at work. I feel like I can concentrate better and get through my tasks more efficiently. However, I haven't noticed any significant improvement in my memory. It's possible it's just not noticeable enough for me to pinpoint, or maybe it takes longer to see results. Overall, I'm happy with the focus boost Alpha Brain gives me.

I didn’t notice a “taste” or “aftertaste”. Fairly affordable the bottle contained 2 weeks worth, a larger bottle would be better.

The first 3 days, I felt a little more energy. Day 4, I experienced a significant increase in my energy and focus and it helped my mood a great deal. I take the weekend off and operate from a different stratosphere during the week while I’m on it. I couldn’t recommend this product more.

I noticed a slight bit more energy though. They do contain generally good for you in ingredients like B6, L-Thyosine, L-Theanine and more, so I do think they are beneficial to your overall health. They are caffeine free., which is great. The tablets are pretty large, and you need to take 2. There are 15 servings in the bottle, so if you took daily, you would need 2 bottles per month. I think this is a good product overall, but I think they could be improved if the capsules were smaller and they had a more noticeable effect.
