I do like the simplicity of the bottle and the back had all of the active ingredients to help you ask your Dr if they are right for you. Definitely something to look into if you're having the same problem I was having. It's worth the purchase.

The size is the capsule is not too big and easy to swallow. No weird taste at all. Personally, I won’t purchase this again.

At first, I didn’t feel any difference. It’s easy to take. 2 pills a day with a light meal. I only took 1 to see how I would feel. Again, I didn’t feel anything. So I did a second day. My eyes started twitching. It was like that all day and all night. I stopped taking it to reset my body. I even made sure to get plenty of sleep. And eventually it got better. I figured I would give it a try again. And yet again, it made my eyes start twitching. I’m not for sure what is going on. But I’ve never had problems with my eyes before. And I had researched the ingredients before taking it. And it seemed like they were fine. I hope this works for others. But It’s definitely not for me.

It was simple packaging and easy to take pills. Not sure if would want to pay that price as I prefer pea tea for focus and omega's for brain health.

I was able to multitask a lot better and I noticed that my memory was a little better than usual. They don't have a flavor. The packaging was easy to open. I'm interested in seeing what else changes with continued use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to swallow. The bottle is easy to open, not childproof. There is a slight taste that is hard to describe but maybe rice/wheatish taste. I think it was most effective for me when I stayed consistent with taking them. I found it to help with focus but I did not test reaction time.

However I can say that I had no issues with it or side effects and it seems to slightly improve memory/fogginess which I have due to lupus. The price point is very high so it gives me pause when it comes to purchasing.
