I noticed a slight bit more energy though. They do contain generally good for you in ingredients like B6, L-Thyosine, L-Theanine and more, so I do think they are beneficial to your overall health. They are caffeine free., which is great. The tablets are pretty large, and you need to take 2. There are 15 servings in the bottle, so if you took daily, you would need 2 bottles per month. I think this is a good product overall, but I think they could be improved if the capsules were smaller and they had a more noticeable effect.

However, for the cognitive issue and concentration based on their ingredients and their scientific basis, they provide an improvement in the areas they promise. These capsules have organic ingredients and of animal origin, they did not cause side effects, however, I did not notice any difference

I’ve been stressing at work and unable to really focus on anything. Since I’ve been taking these, I feel less stress. Which now I feel like I could focus on things a little more. I also feel like I have a little bit more energy. The pills don’t really have any taste to them or any aftertaste which is good. They’re not too big so it’s easy to swallow. Will definitely continue to take.
