My husband tried it and also says he didn't feel well after taking the 2 pills it states to take. But he felt fine taking one.

I noticed a difference within 20 minutes of my first pill. I experienced heightened awareness and clarity in my thoughts. As I continue to take it, my memory is better than it's ever been, I speak more eloquently, can gather thoughts quicker, process emotions better, my dreams are intense if I take it closer to bed time and I stay mentally energized to complete all my tasks for the day (something I can't without it). My main problem is how expensive it is, and the price just went up. It's border line unreasonable for the average person on a budget... so I had to cut way back and choose certain days to take the pill when ill need the benefits the most.

The capsules are medium sized; they are not horse pill sizes but they are not small either. I am not a stranger to nootropics. I take 3 of the 10 "blend" ingredients in Alpha Brain on a daily basis. I am well aware of how they enhance cognition, focus, alertness, etc. I usually introduce nootropics into my supplement stack one at time so I can gauge effectiveness and note any side effects. Apart from Vit B6, Alpha Brain has Cat's Claw and 9 other nootropic ingredients labeled as "blends". You can't really tell what the concentration of most of the ingredients in each "blend". Except for Cat's Claw, most of them are not specific on concentration. And if I react to the pill in any way, no way to isolate the culprit. I am not really keen on playing with my brain like that.

It took about a week before I noticed that my brain fogginess was dissipating and my focus was more clear. It is both gluten and caffeine free and the capsule itself is vegetarian. The B6 helps a lot! Cute packaging and the capsules are fine to swallow.

I was skeptical about it to be honest. Heard it on joe Rogans podcast and thought why not give it a try. Well it’s not a limitless pill but well worth it. Totally see an increase in focus and cognitive thinking. Huge difference when it comes to staying on a task physically and mentally. I’m not drifting off into another task anymore. Give it more than 3 day. Go through the whole 30 before making up your mind.

I’m not sure I notice a difference taking these vitamins. Either way, they’re easy to swallow, don’t have a taste or aftertaste. Not sure I would buy these again but may be a good fit for someone else!
