When I take this everyday as I should I am a lot more focused I always complete all my tasks for the day proficiently and in a timely manor, which I had problems doing before. I tried taking it for 7 days to give it time to get in my system but I only made it 6. This would probably work for most people. The ingredients are great and who wouldn’t love to be more focused. Sadly, it just didn’t work for me.
