Unfortunately, this was a total miss for me and gave me a terrible headache and made me feel super dizzy, to the point I had to leave work early. Essentially, I felt very drunk (without any fun). It might have just been my body, and it’s hard to fairly judge this since everyone is different and supplements aren’t a one size fits all. I highly recommend researching the ingredients and potential interactions with other medications and/or medical conditions if you decide to try this. Proceed at your own risk!

When i took one pill I felt better, however i did notice my sugar was a little higher than normal and after researching. There’s an ingredient that isn’t great for people trying to control their sugar. My brother in law took it and it worked great for him!

I used to drink coffee and then it became too much and then I went to tea and then it also became too much so I was so happy to find a product that had all the benefits and no caffeine

It helps me stay sharp during work and feel more mentally organized throughout the day. I don't think it's ineffective, I just need more time for the supplement to take effect. I didnt have any side effects from the supplement, and the taste or smell isn't off-putting. I find the 2 pill daily requirement pretty standard and it's less expensive then other supplements on the market. Overall, I have no negating complaints.
