Have been taking these for over a week and I don’t feel any difference. Not sure if I will continue to take this product as of now it doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything.

I haven’t seen any huge results yet, as it’s too soon, but I really like the ingredients of this product and I’ve seen good studies showing their effectiveness. The taste of course isn’t wonderful but I just drink something flavored like juice and it goes away. They are large sized pills like most supplements are so drink lots of water when taking them to help them down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let’s start with taste most vitamins and capsule form have a smell and taste, which turns me off, the Onnit alpha brain capsules have no bad odor or bad taste. compared to other brain vitamins these are priced better/lower than other brands. I have only been taking these for two weeks now, but it is either the capsules or now that we’re getting more sunlight but I am checking all the boxes every day of things that need done and not forgetting. I’m looking forward to seeing how these continue to work for me.

In fact, the time I thought I did, I only taken one capsule so I’m not sure that’s possible. I didn’t taste anything since these are in capsule form but I didn’t like that I need to take 2 daily. I needed to research the ingredients to truly understand what each blend contained. The packaging and branding it extremely attractive. I will say that these were not easy on my digestion. I felt a little nauseous twice after taking them. My husband did not feel any side effects at all. So it was a little disappointing. Perhaps they need time to build up in our system? I was under the impression that it was an immediate effect. I’d try other products just because my husband and I are curious about what else they have to offer and we love working out. So we will see. I’ll leave it up to you to try for yourself. I wouldn’t say they’re worth their value since we didn’t notice results. I received a bottle of 30 supplements which is a 15 day supply as the servicing size is 2 a day. I’m not sure if I would need to take them longer to see more of an improvement in memory and focus but I really didn’t notice much of a difference. I personally didn’t have a problem with swallowing pills but if you have difficulty swallowing large pills these may be hard for you.I would love to have tried them for an entire month but for the price I don’t think I would be willing to spend that much money on a product I did not notice any changes from.

I am sensitive to caffeine and I have not had any symptoms when taking this supplement. The packaging works well and the smell and taste are not strong. I definitely recommend them.

He is just absolutely dedicated to providing the highest quality supplementation he possibly can for the greatest performance. And he has personal experience with testing everything. I then tried to Cordisceps for a pre-work out as well as the strength t plus. I've been wanting to use a natural pre-workout and this is it man, seriously it's a real light vibration energy that just gives me and the clarity in the focus to go that extra little bit (aids in the delivery of oxygen to all the cells) and there is absolutely no crash afterwards whatsoever. I've actually gotten to where I am using both of them to perform at work. I am a nurse and the mental clarity and energy is exactly what I need. I then got the Spirolena and the chlorella after reading so much and listening to Shawn Stevenson's podcast explaining the benefits of this great super food (there is actual DNA in that food and it is a complete protein and the highest protein per wait source noon on the planet). I also just ordered the 180 to help me when I switch back-and-forth from dayshift tonight shift.
