I can't say enough about how good this stuff is. I started taking Alpha Brain about 3 months ago because I was running myself thin with work, school, and my personal life and I found that my head was feeling foggy and my days were getting all mixed up. I started looking for a supplement that would help with brain function because I know that feeding your brain what it needs is just as important as feeding your body what it needs. At first I tried a GNC brain function supplement and after about a month I felt that it was not worth my time. I started doing some research online and found Joe Rogan talking about Alpha Brain through an ONNIT podcast. I respect Rogan's point of view so I decided to give it a try. After taking Alpha Brain for a week or two I started feeling more clear headed. I feel like it gives my brain the fuel that it needs to function at a higher level. I find that I can communicate my thoughts much more efficiently and I have seen an increase in mental productivity in all areas of my life including work, school, and personal. My dose is 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I really enjoy knowing that ONNIT products are made from all natural, earth grown supplements and not completely manufactured in a lab.
