[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the pleasure of trying out these Onnit supplements to see if they can help improve memory and focus, and with a hectic week at work I can genuinely say they’ve made a true difference. While I did have an uptick in my caffeine intake that might be related, I’ve really enjoyed and appreciated using them during my morning routine on the way to the office. I don’t know if the impact was drastic but it did help just enough to notice with staying on task. While I had a two week supply I’m not sure of the long-term help, but over the course of a few days I saw some genuine improvement. Compared to other focus and memory health supplements on the market it seems to be about a similar price, so if you are already in the market for these I would fully recommend it.

I usually drink coffee to keep me going through the day so I thought this was a cool idea since there’s no caffeine. It might’ve helped a bit with my focus but didn’t wake me up as much as coffee does for work.

I definitely notice a difference when my husband takes this every day as he gets a lot more done and his in a better mood. The only reason I give it for starters is because I haven’t heavily research the ingredients to know what long-term effects are. Also when he does not take it his motivation level goes back down again so unfortunately it’s probably not fixing the problem

They don’t give you that weird after taste that some of these capsules do give you. I haven’t noticed too much of a changed yet but these might take a little longer to get into your system.

I love it, I take 2 b4 bed and have wicked lucid dreams and wake up super focused and ready to go, I tried a lot of others and they where a joke! Well 2 others I found work but one of them was 3 times the price and loaded with enough caffeine to kill a horse lol Alpha Brain has no caffeine but I had to seriously reduce my coffee intake, I dont really need coffee any more, Alpha Brain is way better with no crash! last all day. I been taking them for about a year now and I actually need less of a dose, I was worried I would get immune to them but nope! Lowers stress, higher energy, it even seems to kill pain, I just all around feel great, ok im going to shut up b4 they jack the prices up or make it prescription lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the packaging and design of the label. It told you what you should expect to help with the supplement. I wish it had the ingredients listed. I have no idea what was in it based on the labeling. I did take them as directed for the whole bottle. The capsules did not have any strong taste. Also they did not cause me to feel nauseous or any negative way if I took them in an empty stomach or not. I did not notice any difference in my memory, focus, or anything like that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I stand by it Just started using it, BUT, after an 8 hour day of work, plus coming home to 3 kids who all want attention I'm normally dead brained by the time I sit down to do my homework finishing up my degree. Day 1, I had no mental fog while completing assignments and didn't notice myself in the normal distracted state. Absolutely changed how attentive I am and how focused I can stay to complete brain exhausting tasks late at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how it gives me energy without the rush from caffeine. Easy to swallow, great morning supplement. Do make sure you take it with meal, or at least some food, it does cause a little irritation if taken with empty stomach.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe alpha brain works for others, but about an hour after I took the first one it gave me a major headache and I felt awful so I won’t be continuing with it. Not sure what they put in it, but it doesn’t agree with me.
