I did not take two every day consistently, maybe if I had they would have worked better for me personally, but the days that I did take them, I didn’t notice any difference in my focus or memory. However I did like how they did not have caffeine in them. I was a little disappointed.

Took this product and a couple hours later I was so sick. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dizzy, increased heart rate, the list goes on. I looked online to see if anyone had a similar reaction and negative side affects seem to be quite common with Alpha Brain. I will never take this supplement again.
