Definitely felt more energetic, too. Sadly, there’s something in these supplements that I’m allergic to. Not quite sure what it is. Like the first supplement, I ended up getting these little red spots all over my face. They were a tad itchy, too. Thankfully, it’s clearing up now that the supplement capsules are all gone. Overall, it’s a good supplement to take. It truly does what it says it’ll do. For those like me who get an unexpected allergy while taking them, not so much.
