Started in August and didn’t notice any significant improvements, so took a pause when the bottle finished in the hope that when I decide to continue (now), I’ll be able to notice a change. Have an order for 3 bottles, roughly 3-months, so I’ll know more then.

While taking Alpha BRAIN the last few months I have not noticed any conscious differences in how I feel physically or mentally. What I have noticed is the following: First, when drinking a few cups of coffee in the morning and then taking the recommended dose of Alpha BRAIN in the early afternoon by evening my brain is so wired I cannot sleep at night. After doing some Googling I saw some recommendations by other users to take it in the morning with breakfast. I've switched to the recommended dose of Alpha BRAIN and one regular cup of coffee late morning to get back to sleeping regularly. If I drink extra coffee or miss taking Alpha Brain in the morning I take half the recommended dose...or sometimes skip it altogether if I haven't slept in 1-2 nights. Secondly, I've noticed changes in the way co-workers and upper management have responded to my work and within our recent interactions. Always felt like my efforts and overall body of work were under appreciated. I have a tendency to be too wordy and not straight to the point...not by design. I just freaking ramble. Looking at Joe Rogan's comments about formulating sentences better, faster has me wondering what the heck is up with my brain because as that's how I feel and I can see it in peoples reactions. I've never taken supplements before for for the purpose of being a nootropic. Doing some research I've noted that I'm already consuming things that are considered nootropics (caffeine, creatine). Based on the affects I've noticed in my interactions with others while taking Alpha BRAIN it will remain part of the arsenal. Cheers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed trying my Alpha BRAIN supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow and they don’t upset my stomach at all. While it could be a coincidence, I’ve definitely noticed some very focused and productive days since I started taking them. I believe it would take consistent use over 4–6 weeks to really gauge any long-term improvements in brain or memory function, but so far, the experience has been a positive one. All in all, I think Alpha BRAIN is worth trying if you’re looking for a potential boost in focus and mental clarity.

Just another waste of money. Just another over-hyped product. This stuff did absolutely nothing! I used as directed and didn't notice anything at all. Do not buy this product. The only reason why I am even giving it 1 star is because the shipping was on time. Garbage!
