I do recommend testing out a smaller dosage first as there are some side effects (I experienced a bit of nausea). Also, make sure you are not taking this on an empty stomach!

I've used Alpha Brain off and on over the past year. Typically only when I know I've got a data heavy work day, important meeting/presentation, or playing a sport requiring quick decision making (Hockey). I really like how this supplement helps me think more clearly and seems to help clear some of the cobwebs. Highly recommend Alpha Brain to anyone looking to make connecting the next thought or increasing focus easier.

It claims to promote mental clarity and help with focus and reaction time and I didn’t experience any of that. It doesn’t taste like anything which is good, but I definitely would not have purchased this product.

The Aloha Brain vitamins are easy to swallow and aren’t harsh on my stomach. I will continue to use them and hopefully continue to see progress.

While it could be a coincidence, I’ve definitely noticed some very focused and productive days since I started taking them. I believe it would take consistent use over 4–6 weeks to really gauge any long-term improvements in brain or memory function, but so far, the experience has been a positive one. All in all, I think Alpha BRAIN is worth trying if you’re looking for a potential boost in focus and mental clarity.
