[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this product to try. This products says to take 2 pills with a light meal and it will help with your focus. I tried this and personally I feel like I needed to eat a bit more than a light meal. The first day I tried this I felt a bit queasy about an hour or so after taking the pills. I am currently in the process of planning a wedding so I was hoping taking these would help with focusing for all the planning. I took these for the 15 days that I could with the given 30 pills and sadly I didn’t notice any big change. Im sure there are people out there who this helps but personally I didn’t notice any difference.

Approaching 62 years of age I put on a few pounds 247 LBS at 5' 8" to be exact. I first started taking this back in 2014 and it has been a staple in my daily supplementation regime ever since. I find it gives me a boost in mental clarity and focus. I feel sharper, my brain processes tasks quicker and forms sentences better when I'm taking it. It also seems to help with memory and recall. I usually take 3 in the mornings and I find that is the perfect dose for me.
