It helps support focus memory, and reaction time has all natural ingredients in it nothing hidden or things that you should not put into your body. It says there are two capsules per serving and it’s about 15 days worth, it has helped me with my mental clarity and just helping me get everything to where it’s flowing and I’m focusing and I’m retaining whatever I’m trying to retain I would reccomend giving it a try if you are like me and you struggle with all of the above!

I can't believe people don't give this 5 star rating! I used this for the first time years ago when studying for the bar in California and it really helped me focus. I passed. I used it again to pass the one in Florida and the one in the UK. This works like magic, but you have to actually use it. You don't immediately notice it but after a few days, maybe a week, you notice a huge change especially in the way you retain information.

You probably have to take this for a long time to see a difference you probably would have to do extensive research on the product to understand the ingredients. The packaging is nice.
