[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like this product especially after reading through all the benefits, details, etc. However once I got to day 4, started getting headaches and didn't feel the greatest either. So I stopped taking it. Which I was able to notice a quick difference unfortunately which was quite disappointing. Given how high of a cost this product is, I can't justify the cost.

I took alpha brain and my vision was blurry for the entire day. I thought it was dehydration, or lack of supplementation however the next day I stayed hydrated, took AG1 ate properly and still had blurry vision in my alpha brain. I had to stop taking it immediately after unfortunately.

This is a fine product and it appears to do what it says it does. My biggest problem with this product are the proprietary blends it uses. The way proprietary work are you just have to name the total amount that is in the blend and not the physical amount of each compound in the blend You also have to name them in the order you used them in the blend. So it is possible to use This is just an example for the Onnit Flow Blend, but would apply to the other two blends in this supplement. This blend is good and fine but its hard to say that its not almost 650mg of the Flow blend is mostly l-tyrosine, or l-theanine, and oat extract and the Phosphatidylserine is dusted (just light used or even almost not used, but used so they can say it in the blend). What my problem is that almost all the “good stuff” in each of the blends is almost impossible to know how much is actually in it. I could do it with the other two blends, but I wont and I think I made my point. It is impossible to really know what you are getting and how much you are getting of each compound. So I wont be buying this again, until each amount is stated rather than stated as a blend.

It’s marketed as something to help keep your mind sharp, on a regular basis, but especially during mentally demanding days. Influenster gave me a complimentary bottle for an honest review and I was super curious to try it out. I was hoping it might give me a little boost with my daily tasks, which usually requires a good amount of brainpower and concentration. The packaging is simple, so not much issue there. The ingredients looked solid, though there were a couple of unfamiliar things to me (nothing unusual though) After giving it a fair shot, I can honestly say I didn’t notice much of a difference. My focus and productivity felt about the same as usual, and there wasn’t any noticeable improvement in mental clarity or memory. Thankfully I also didn’t experience any side effects like some people have mentioned. Everyone’s different and even though it didn’t do much for me, it could still work well for someone else. If you’re curious and looking for something to support your mental performance, it might still be worth trying out to see how it works for you. It is caffeine free which is great. Also to note, I don’t have any other supplement to compare it to, so it’s hard to say if I don’t respond to just this one or all supplements of this type.

This product has L- Theanine which helps with better brain focus and better sleep and L-Tyrosine helps with theneurotransmitters in your brain. I noticed after two weeks I was remembering more quickly, my focus was on point and my overall brain function felt quicker. I also noticed I was getting more sleep almost 6-7 hours of sleep. I definitely will be purchasing this again it’s a no brainer. 😊

I know products work differently for other people, so I'm giving this three stars. It just didn't really work for me and I feel like it made it harder for me to sleep at night.

I been taking it for 1 week and I notice a difference I felt more focused throughout my work day.

This products is good but for the price it could be better. I’ve been using Alpha Brain Memory and Focus for around 3-4 moths. I hadn’t reviewed it because I wanted to give it time to work. I am a mother, wife, and a business student taking a couple math classes. I decided to start using this product because I had trouble with retention of information and lack of focus when I really need to. I personally feel that Alpha Brain has helped with that memory issue, as I noticed I can retain more information than before. For me it really wasn’t doing anything for the focus, so I decided to do my own research and start supplementing with Zinc, vitamin C and vitamin B and the results in just a month have been incredible in my attention and focus. Sadly I think this supplement is lacking the focus part but I personally found a way to complement it. I will also say that I have looked into the Black label and I’ve been interested in getting it, but it’s out of my price range, it’s already a sacrifice to get the regular supplement, and I would expect it to work as advertised; so for me personally supplementing separately has been the most cost effective option. Customer service department was really good and attentive when I talked to them.
