I usually get distracted easily. I'm gonna keep taking it for a while to see how much more improvement I can see.

The taste is fine and easy to swallow for me. I haven't had any side effects, so it is good where the ingredients are doing well with my body.

I didn’t personally find that it helped me with that. However, I use a sleep tracker and I did find that my REM sleep increased substantially and I had very vivid dreams. If that is something that you are looking for, I think it’s worth a try. The packaging is nice and the pills themselves don’t have any weird aftertaste. Overall, this is not a product that I would purchase in the future, but could work well for others or those who wish to increase REM sleep.

This supplement kept me focused while gaming and throughout the day. Alpha brain is designed to help with memory and focus. I didn't notice any improvement in terms of memory, but for sure, I felt much more focused. I like that this supplement is caffeine free and didn't cause any jitters. I will most likely be looking into other supplements by onnit. My only issue with this supplement is duration. It could be longer lasting.
