At first, I didn’t feel any difference. It’s easy to take. 2 pills a day with a light meal. I only took 1 to see how I would feel. Again, I didn’t feel anything. So I did a second day. My eyes started twitching. It was like that all day and all night. I stopped taking it to reset my body. I even made sure to get plenty of sleep. And eventually it got better. I figured I would give it a try again. And yet again, it made my eyes start twitching. I’m not for sure what is going on. But I’ve never had problems with my eyes before. And I had researched the ingredients before taking it. And it seemed like they were fine. I hope this works for others. But It’s definitely not for me.

You have to take two pills a day so this is a very expensive package for you to be taking consistently. I do like that they don’t include caffeine in the ingredients list.
