I will say I’m a little sensitive than most supplements so this one kind of make me irritable and jittery, but this may be just my own personal experience. I am as well. The capsule went down. The packaging was nice and sleek. I think if you have things to get done, this would be great for you.

How much is due to the placebo effect? I chose it because of its price and its ingredients. It's quite affordable, and its ingredients are perfect for the brain. They are capsules so they don't really have any flavor, very easy to take.

I didnt notice any possitive in any form of all day to day task. Always wanted to try these and now I have. Was really hoping these would work for me. Maybe I should try shroom tech. I bought my first bottle (90-count) based solely on hearing the advertisements on the Joe Rogan Experience.
