They are supposed to make you alert and help with brain functions. I do feel alert however i dont tend to like supplements that make my heart race. Not for me.

Day 1, about 4 hours after I took my first dose with a light meal, i was hit with horrible nausea, thought i was gonna hurl, and i was at work!! then came the worst gas ever...by the time i made it home, my body totally purged itself from the back end for like 2 hours. i thought i had food poisoning, didn't connect it with AB...by the time I went to bed & the next morning I felt great. Day 2, exactly the same thing happened, so i figured it was AB, and after reading lots of reviews, i see that it was. Didn't take it for 2 days, felt fine. Took it again just to make sure, WHAM, exactly the same symptoms. This is not worth it, especially for the $$. And my diet is pristine, i'm very healthy for my age, am a regular at crossfit, have never had a reaction to any supplement...i canceled my trial, will not be purchasing any more stuff. but i love Joe Rogan (heard about it on his podcast)
