We’re a family of seven so we’re always on our toes with our children. I recommend having a decent meal with water before taking the vitamin. If you don’t, you may experience stomach aches. The colors on the bottle are eye catching. Some of the ingredients in this supplement are L-THEANINE, ALPHA GPC, HUPERZIA SERRATA EXTRACT, and VITAMIN B6. The supplement is also caffeine free and gluten free! I included a picture of the nutritional label for more additional information. There’s no bad taste to this vitamin. I recommend this supplement in your daily routine!

I’ve been taking alpha brain for almost a month now. Absolutely no noticeable differences in my cognitive function. I’m in sales and was hoping this would give me even more of an edge. A cup of coffee has more benefit than alpha brain does. Save your money.
