You will need to take a lot of water with it and after taking it for about 5 days you will have a better feeling and sense of what you are doing on your daily tasks. I certainly recommend, the bottle is small and can carry it with you any where you go.

I was a little nervous because of the ingredients but I didn’t have any bad side effects. Didn’t taste bad and was able to take it without any issues! Great value and packaging for the price! I probably wouldn’t buy it again though.

The down side is I got a headache which may have resulted from dehydration, so make sure you drink lots of water! It’s a bit pricey as the serving size is only 15 per bottle. The capsules have no taste, and the container is definitely packaged nicely!

I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary the first few days as expected, but have seen some slight improvements now that they have been in my system for awhile. Overall, I feel like I am more alert throughout the day. I am more focused with the task at hand. Now, I can't say for sure that it is directly related to these supplements or the fact I made changes in my personal life. I am not a scientist and not 100% sure exactly what is in this product, but I do love the fact that there is no caffeine in the ingredients. I will continue to use as I still have about half of the bottle left and who knows, maybe I will see more of certain increase when it comes to my memory and focus.

I did see some people reported getting upset stomach or other symptoms and it didn't affect me negatively in any way. There was no aftertaste or anything like that. I will probably keep taking them until I finish the bottle to see if I notice any additional change but so far I probably wouldn't buy them again
