[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Useful for daily cognitive support as it helps to focus and memory as well as reaction time. Is usually taken to capsule with the light meal. Does not have any smell and it just swallowed it with water.

I have completed my first three weeks. To summarise, I am satisfied it has had a positive effect in improving focus, sharpness and memory recognition and recall. Note - I am a 22 y/o male at 77kg/179cm, I work out 5 days a week and I sauna 3 days a week. I drink alcohol on weekends. Focus: I noticed within my first week I was able to knock out mundane tasks at work with ease, freeing up my time to actively find more work. Memory: subjectively I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary, although I have noticed that I haven't had any moments where I have struggled to remember anything that should be easily recalled. Dreams: The amount of dreams I've had have increased slightly and when I dream I notice that they are very visual. I note that I wake at 5.00am so sometimes I miss the opportunity to enjoy a full REM state. Overall, I have noticed that my lowest point of concentration and focus has been at a higher point than usual. Still early days and I look forward to seeing how I go after my first bottle is finished

The packaging is easy to open it doesn’t have a taste. The FDA doesn’t regulate supplements so I don’t think it’s the best. Please like if this helps

I have been taking these for a short while, so I can't give a long term use result. As for the time I have been taking these I do see myself being more focused during certain tasks, but cannot say whether it is from these supplements or a combination of these and others I take. Time will tell

I accomplished the most I have in a day as far as doing house chores efficiently. It is easy to swallow and does not have a thick outer coating. There is no flavor or weird tasting burps. I love that the supplement is gluten, free and caffeine free. The pills are very easy to take and does not leave a bad aftertaste. It absolutely helps with my mom foggy brain and I have more energy. I can definitely see a change and I will be purchasing this in the future. I definitely would recommend it to anyone to try it.
