After about two weeks of use, I’ve noticed an improvement in my focus , I feel more productive and less easily distracted. I haven’t seen a big change in memory yet, but one unexpected benefit is that I’ve had fewer headaches. I think I’ll need to continue using it for a longer period to fully experience all its effects. I plan to keep taking it and see how it goes.
