[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve been taking Alpha Brain for a week straight and was skeptical at first. I made sure to take it without any caffeine or energy boosters. I have to say it did meet my expectations. After about 15 minutes, I felt focused, awake and mental clarity on things needing to be completed. I would say it lasts about 4 hours if you take 2 pills. Overall, I am satisfied with how Alpha Brain performed.

I have to say though within the last three days that I have taken this supplement, my memory has been better, and as a result my motor skills also much improved! The results of these supplements in few days have improved my overall cognitive functioning as I was able to finish a book within the last three days. Usually when I start my day, I have lots to do and at the end of the day, I like to wind down. However, I noticed with this supplement my days started really early and ended later at evening completing my paperwork works, multi tasking a lot more as well as finishing a three hundred pages of book in three days. This supplement is nootropic formulation which it’s intend is geared towards improving human thinking, memory and learning. One situation however I noticed based on my own experience was that I wasn’t able to sleep the entire three nights for my mind was awake; other than that, the supplement worked great for me for having extra stamina to get through the day and complete multiple tasks at hand. This is a smaller bottle and comes with thirty capsules and the suggested intake at the back of the bottle are two capsules per day, which adds up for fifteen days of supplement.
