This supplement helps to support focus, memory, and reaction time. This vitamin is also vegan, gluten free, and caffeine free. Which in time it helps with improvement of memory, focus, and cognitive skills. Directions say to take two capsules a day with a meal but the bottle only comes with 30 that lasts for only two weeks. If you don’t take the vitamins with a meal you will experience nausea and upset stomach. The value is good overall. There is no after taste when taking these pills.

I THOROUGHLY double and triple checked this product to make sure there were no allergens in this product as I have a SEVERE shellfish allergy. Seeing none I assumed it was safe to consume this product. I was wrong and a few hours later I started having a severe allergic reaction. I thankfully realized what was going on before I went into complete anaphylaxis but I still did miss an entire days work. DO NOT take this product if you have any kind of allergy as they couldn’t be bothered to properly note the allergens on either their website or their packaging. I’ll be pitching this product and advise you avoid it at all costs.

The bottle looks so nice. After taking it for a while I noticed that my brain/ memory is getting better, i could focus on what i was doing, reading. I used to forget names and faces after i met them couple times, but now i could remember them all, my brain and my memory worked smoother and sharper.
