I do love this product, it give me alot of energy that I did not expect which I like. Not sure how well my memory is but I just started. The one reason I didn't give five stars is when they sent me a month supply of the packets they didn't consult me on the flavor. I absolutely hate the natural spices flavor but I loved the other one they sent in their sample envelope.
