I am glad I did, I had stomach cramps and found myself on the toilet. TMI sorry but these weren’t for me. I was hoping so as I was looking for something that would help me focus

I gave Alpha Brain a shot for 4 full months. Did not see any results whatsoever. Absolutely no change in focus or memory. Very disappointing as I was hopeful I would feel a difference even so much so I originally signed up for subscription. I have since cancelled and will not be reordering

Today I took this supplement for the first time and I was really hoping it would work because how great other products are. I took the recommended dosage with a light meal and about an hour or two later I broke out in cold sweats, then stomach pains came and throwing up started. Once I finally stopped throwing up I was left with a migraine and an upset stomach. Not saying this won’t work for others because I know others who take it and it works great with them. It’s just not for me obviously. Lol. Even though Alpha Brain does not work for me I’m still an Onnit customer for their other products.
